Founded by Jade El-Khoury, JEK Avocats is a Montreal-based firm whose practice is primarily focused on criminal law, while also assisting individuals and businesses with various issues in civil, contractual, corporate and housing law.
Each mandate is approached with the same requirement: to understand the situation precisely, to clearly explain the options and to develop a strategy adapted to the client's challenges.

FOUNDER
Me Jade El-Khoury
A practice shaped by rigor, experience and strategy.
Before beginning her legal studies, Jade El-Khoury earned a bachelor's degree in political science, during which she also had the opportunity to study at California State University of San Bernardino. She then pursued her legal studies and, during her legal training, completed a one-year internship with two judges of the Superior Court of Quebec at the Montreal courthouse.
After completing her professional training with the Quebec Bar, Ms. El-Khoury completed her articling at a national law firm with over 500 lawyers across Canada, where she then began her legal career. She subsequently joined a multidisciplinary firm where she developed her practice in civil and criminal law.

In 2024, Jade El-Khoury founded her own firm, JEK Avocats, where she applies her expertise and meticulous approach to providing strategic and personalized legal representation. She supports her clients with unwavering determination, both in negotiations with Crown prosecutors and in court proceedings.
Ms. El-Khoury is also a lawyer deeply involved in her profession and community. She served for two years on the board of directors of the Canadian Bar Association – Quebec Branch. She actively participates in various major professional events and maintains an extensive professional network. Committed to giving back to the community, she also dedicates many hours of her time to volunteer work.

Legal expertise enriched by more than ten years in the financial sector.
Admitted to the Quebec Bar in 2021, Radoslava Peckova focuses her practice on business law and contract law. She assists entrepreneurs, businesses, and individuals with their legal needs related to their activities and business projects.
His practice focuses in particular on drafting and negotiating contracts, structuring companies and general corporate consulting.
With over ten years of experience in the financial sector, Ms. Peckova also brings to her practice a concrete understanding of the financial and commercial realities faced by businesses and their leaders. This dual experience allows her to approach legal issues with a rigorous, practical, and business-oriented perspective.
